We try to ship your items within three working days of payment though often this will happen sooner. With bespoke items however more time needs to be allowed for the sourcing of components and for the making up of the item. Where this is the case we can advise you of the time it is likely to take, depending on the specific order itself.
Standard postage charges includes some level of insurance. This does not cover jewellery. If you wish to purchase extra postal insurance to cover jewellery items separately please contact us directly. Proof of postage is always obtained at time of posting.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not happy with your purchase. A refund or replacement may be possible if the product has not been worn and is still in its original packaging and in its original condition. Earrings are an exception to this, as for reasons of hygiene they are non returnable. We also regret that it is not possible to provide refunds for bespoke items. Any refund made will exclude all postage and handling charges incurred by the buyer during the transaction.
